Last updated: 30 August 2026. These staging terms describe the intended FutureHost service. They require operator review before live payments are enabled.
1. The service
FutureHost provides website-building tools, AI assistance, static hosting and, on eligible plans, managed Node.js application hosting. CompSmart operates FutureHost from the United Kingdom.
2. Trials and subscriptions
The introductory trial lasts 90 days and does not require a card. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Monthly cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month; annual cancellation stops the next annual renewal. Premium monthly pricing is discounted for its first three paid invoices.
3. Content and responsibility
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You must have permission to use it and remain responsible for what your site publishes. AI output can be inaccurate and should be reviewed before publication.
4. Suspension and retention
Expired, cancelled, unsafe or unpaid sites may be suspended. Suspended customer data is normally retained for 90 days before deletion, subject to legal and safety requirements.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but staging access is provided without a production uptime commitment. Features and limits may change before public launch.
6. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the FutureHost contact page.
