Terms of service.

Version: 3 September 2026. “FutureHost”, “we” and “us” mean COMPSMART LTD. “You” means the account holder or the organisation they are authorised to represent.

1. What FutureHost provides

FutureHost provides an AI-assisted website workspace, hosting, publishing, forms, aggregate analytics, business email and, on Business, managed Node.js and PostgreSQL resources. One account includes one site. You review and choose when to publish AI-generated work; AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate.

2. Try, Free and the Business trial

• Try is a disposable, no-account workspace with limited AI usage. It expires after 24 hours unless you claim it while the claim link is valid.
• Free is ongoing, not a time-limited paid trial. It has the limits shown on the pricing and features pages and carries a FutureHost badge.
• The Business trial is a one-time, 14-day, no-card trial that starts only after clear Business intent in the workspace. If you use a runtime or database and do not subscribe, the complete site pauses at expiry so a broken static version is not left online. Data is normally retained for 90 days.

3. Plans, prices, AI credit and limits

Website and Business are recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. The checkout shows the plan, billing period, chosen currency and total price before payment. FutureHost is not currently VAT registered, so the displayed price is the final FutureHost subscription price.

Verified accounts receive non-transferable promotional AI credit. The promotional balance is restored to the advertised daily floor at most once per UTC day; unused promotional credit above that floor is not increased. Optional $5, $10 and $25 AI credit packs are prepaid, require a separate confirmed checkout and are converted to the checkout currency using the displayed exchange-rate snapshot. FutureHost does not automatically top up or create AI overage charges. Purchased credit remains available while the account is active, is not cash or transferable, and does not remove any refund right required by law.

FutureHost-funded coding and image work is charged from promotional credit first, then purchased credit, at OpenRouter’s reported provider cost plus a 10% service margin. Live Agent voice is charged at the reported provider cost without that margin. The selected per-task cap limits the amount deducted from the FutureHost wallet; a provider may finish an in-flight response before the task stops. Website and Business can instead connect a personal OpenRouter key for coding and images. OpenRouter then bills that account directly, FutureHost does not debit its wallet or add a margin, and OpenRouter’s own limits apply. Live Agent voice continues to use the FutureHost wallet.

Annual plans are paid in advance. Domain connection slots are part of the applicable hosting plan, but domain registration and renewal charges are separate. Current plan features and limits form part of these terms.

4. Starting, renewing and changing a subscription

Paid service starts after payment confirmation and renews for the same billing period until cancelled. Before checkout, you must accept these terms and explicitly ask us to start supplying the service immediately. Upgrades or billing-period changes may create an immediate prorated charge; the amount is shown by the payment provider before confirmation. We send contract confirmation electronically to the account email.

5. Cancellation and the 14-day consumer right

You can stop future renewal through Dashboard → Manage billing or by sending a clear cancellation request through the contact page. Access continues to the end of the paid period, then the site pauses. This does not remove rights provided by law.

If you are a UK consumer, you normally have 14 days from the subscription contract to cancel. Because you ask us to start immediately, we may deduct a proportionate amount for service supplied before cancellation where the law permits. You only lose the cancellation right for a service fully performed within that period after the acknowledgements required by law. Contact us with the account email and “Cancellation” to exercise this right; we will confirm receipt and process any refund due using the original payment method.

6. Your content and responsibilities

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a limited permission to store, process, back up and deliver it solely to operate and secure the service. You must have the necessary rights to content, prompts, code, data, domains and email addresses you use. You are responsible for checking published claims, accessibility, privacy wording, cookie use and any laws specific to your business.

7. Acceptable use and security

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not upload secrets into public files or prompts. Business secrets are write-only in the workspace and encrypted at rest. We may rate-limit or suspend activity that threatens customers, infrastructure or third parties, and will provide a reason and review route where practical.

8. Domains and email

Domain registrations are also governed by the Domain Registration Terms and applicable registrar/registry rules. Business email depends on a verified domain and must not be used for unsolicited bulk mail. Disconnecting a domain does not cancel its registration.

9. Availability, support and changes

We design the service for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a contractual uptime SLA on these standard plans. Website email support targets a reply within one UK business day. Business receives priority handling, targeting four business hours during 09:00–17:00 UK time on business days. Targets are service goals, not guarantees or service-credit commitments.

We may improve features or security controls. If a material adverse change affects a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to cancel before renewal where practical. Price changes apply no earlier than the next renewal after notice.

10. Suspension, retention and ending service

Unpaid, cancelled, unsafe or materially non-compliant sites may be paused. We normally retain a paused site for 90 days to allow restoration or export, then securely delete it, subject to backups, disputes and legal/accounting records. You can request an export before deletion. We may end Free or prelaunch access with reasonable notice, or immediately for urgent security or legal reasons.

11. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, FutureHost is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, your failure to review AI output or published content, or third-party services outside our control. Business customers should maintain appropriate independent records of critical business data.

12. Law, complaints and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers where they live.
