Information collected
FutureHost processes account details, authentication events, subscription status, sites and workspace files, contact messages, service logs, resource usage and security signals such as IP address and rate-limit events.
AI interactions
Messages and selected page context are sent to configured AI providers to answer questions or perform requested edits. Usage metadata is retained for accounting, reliability and abuse prevention. Secret values are not intentionally provided to the AI assistant.
Why it is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, publish sites, process subscriptions, respond to support, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
Retention
Guest workspace files expire after 24 hours. Suspended customer sites are normally retained for 90 days. Operational and billing records may be retained longer where required for security, accounting or law.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export or deletion through the contact page. Necessary authentication and security cookies cannot be disabled while using an account workspace.
